Do you have indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces? Yes, we have both indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces. Our outdoor ceremony space can hold up to 100 guests.
Is there a weather backup for the ceremony? Yes, we will always reserve an indoor ceremony space as a weather backup.
How many guests can you accommodate in the Treasure Island Ballroom? 360 guests plus a dance floor
Can you put my preferred date on hold? Unfortunately, due to the high-demand we do not put any dates on hold without a contract.
Can we bring in our own caterer? No, all food and beverage is supplied by the Hotel with the exception of your wedding cake. Please refer to our catering and wedding menus for available food and beverage options. Our Executive Chef would also be happy to customize a menu upon request.
Can you cater to different types of cuisine? Yes, our Executive Chef can customize a menu for various cuisines upon request.
What other wedding services do you provide? We can provide services for Engagement Parties, Bridal Showers, Rehearsal Dinners, and Post Wedding-Brunches. If the couple selects our Hotel for their wedding, they will receive 10% off any other wedding service.
How long will I have the event space? We are one of few venues who book only one wedding per day. This allows our couples to truly create their own timeframe. On average, a ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will last a total of 5-6 hours.
How late can our event last until? All weddings must end by midnight.
Will we get to sample the food before the tasting? Yes, a tasting for up to 4 people is included in the wedding package. This must be scheduled with your catering manager at least 2 weeks in advance.
Do you have a place for the Bride to get ready in? Yes, all of our Brides will receive a complimentary room to get ready in. The Bride can check into this room as early as 7 AM the day of the wedding.
Are there areas where we can take photos? Yes, there are several beautiful locations around the Hotel that are ideal for photos. Our catering manager would be happy to point these out to you and your photographer. However, we always recommend that your photographer completes a full walk-through of the Hotel if they are not already familiar with our property.
How will the Ballroom be setup for the wedding? There are several possible setups that can take place in the Ballroom. Your catering manager will work closely with you to ensure that the room is setup according to what you desire and what works best operationally. You will receive a final room diagram the week of the wedding.
Is a wedding coordinator present the day of the wedding? Yes, your catering manager will be present the day of the wedding to ensure that the Hotel's operations team follows the timeline and prepares the selected menus accordingly. However, we do recommend that you hire a full-service wedding planner to assist with all other aspects of your wedding to ensure that your wedding day is flawless!
Do you have a list of preferred vendors? Yes, our preferred vendor list includes vendors that have proven their quality and professionalism. You are not required to contract a vendor from this list but the vendors you do choose must be licensed and professional.
Do you provide discounts on guest rooms? Yes, your catering manager will give you the best available discount possible.
How much is the deposit? Is it refundable? What is the payment schedule for the entire bill? The deposit is 25% of the Food and Beverage Minimum. Minimums range depending on season and day of the week. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Your final payment is due (3) three business days prior to the wedding.
