Q: I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make changes to my reservation. How do I do this?
A: Please contact the customer service department at the website you used to make your reservation.
Q: Is there an early check in?
A: One can be requested; however, we cannot promise that it will be fulfilled. That will be based on the occupancy level of the hotel the night before.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Standard Reservations have a cancellation policy of 6pm the day prior. Government rate reservations is the same day cancellation policy. Additionally, there are restricted bookings that are non-refundable, non-changeable, and require full payment in advance.
Q: What is required in at check in?
A: Photo ID and credit card
Q: Can I pay cash for my room?
A: Yes, you will still need a credit card on file for incidentals. There will be a $25.00 hold per day.
Q: Do you have rollway's and cribs? Is there a charge for these items?
A: Yes, we rent rollway's for $15.00 per day. Cribs are complimentary.
Q: Do you have government/military rates?
A: Yes, please have identification.
Q: Is breakfast included?
A: No breakfast is not included; however, when booking you can add on the buffet breakfast for two people for only $10.00 more per night.
Q: Do your rooms come with a fridge?
A: Our standard rooms do not come with a fridge, but one can be requested at no charge.
Q: Do your rooms come with a microwave?
A: Only suites feature a microwave.
Q: Do you have accessible rooms?
A: Yes, we have a total of 12. 8- Kings, 1-Double, 3- Suites
Q: Do you have an early departure fee?
A: Yes, a one-night charge is assessed for early departure for most reservations, apart from DOD personnel.
Q: Do you have a late departure fee?
A: No late departure, we can extend to 2 o'clock late check out based on availability.
Q: What time is check in/check out?
A: Check in 3PM/ Check out 11AM
Q: Is there an early check in?

A: Self-parking (free), we do have a complimentary valet on Saturday evenings.

A: No smoking in the building, smoking is allowed outside

A: Complementary Wi-Fi
Q: Do you have a pool? Do you have a hot tub?
A: There is a pool but no hot tub.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Service animals only, please have paper work.
Q: Do you have any restaurants on site? What are their hours?
A: Mezzo: (Mon-Fri) 6 am -10:30 am, (Sat-Sun) 6am - 11am / Mojito (Mon-Fri) 11:30 am-11pm, Sat: 12pm-2:30am (Kitchen closes at 11:00pm), Sun 12pm-11pm

A: Full service room service daily. 6am-11pm, limited menu service 11pm-6am
Q: Do you have an onsite Starbucks Bar?
A: Yes, guests at the Crowne Plaza Tampa Westshore can enjoy their favorite coffee at our onsite Starbucks bar.
